Loss adjusting and claims handling training
Nick Croan has 32 years’ experience in loss adjusting and before that 8 years with a top tier Insurer. During his career he has provided mentoring and on the job training.
Accordingly, he is ideally placed to provide training at all levels from introductory to major loss level.
Training can be provided on a one to one basis, seminar style or classroom/lecture basis.
As well as property claims handling, casualty claims handling, Paladin offer, amongst other subjects, business interruption theory and practise, economic losses and product liability.
We can also help with exam preparation and technique. Nick has produced an exam preparation paper adopted and published by the CILA (Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters)
As a member of the CILA Liability Special Interest Group Nick is involved in examination paper preparation.
